Bay Village Schools has rolled out a weekly feature called Wellness Wednesday, where we'll be talking about everything from sleep and nutrition, to ways to stay active as a family. We're partnering with our wellness teams from MetroHealth and others to help parents parent the “whole child." We'll share educational videos, tips, recipes and more to focus on a strength-based approach to social, emotional, mental, physical and intellectual health.
Look for our weekly Wellness Wednesday features on our social media platforms, and return here often for posts you may have missed.
