Please read this important Supt. Update from Mrs. Jodie Hausmann regarding a pivot to eLearning mode for November 18-20, 2020.

Dear Families,

We are moving to eLearning beginning Wednesday, November 18th, three days prior to our original plan. We are making this difficult decision because we are well aware that there is increasing community spread across our city, county and state resulting in rising hospitalizations and quarantines. This surge is being reflected in our own data. At this time, we are planning to return to In-building mode on Monday, December 7th, as scheduled.

Please note the following:

• Students will continue to follow their daily schedule and Zoom with their classroom teachers.

• K-12 building principals will share more information later today regarding supply pick-up.

• Health checks are still required. If your child is ill or has an appointment and cannot attend school remotely, please call the building attendance line.

• For questions regarding special education and related services, please reach out to Mrs. Patton. ([email protected])

  

• Lunch is still available for curbside pick-up via the district website.

• Technology help desk is available on the district home page. PHONE SUPPORT for students in a LIVE class session: 440-617-7626 (M-F: 8:00-1:00)

• Glenview will send out additional information. 

Our staff has been leading the charge, enabling our students to engage in daily learning either In-building or virtually for the past nine weeks. We acknowledge that this decision brings with it a range of emotions. We also know that our One Rocket Nation is strong and we will persevere!
