Mrs. Lisa Priemer, President: Now serving her first elected term, Lisa was appointed by the board in February, 2016 to complete the final two years of a vacated position. She served on the board's Citizens Advisory Committee for three years, the board's ad hoc Math Textbook Committee in 2005, and has volunteered in the district since 2002. She taught elementary school in three other states prior to moving to Bay Village. She holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from Boston College and a Masters in Special Education from Columbia University. Lisa and her husband, William, have four children, three Bay High graduates and one attending the Bay Village Schools. Current term expires December 31, 2021 (election for board seat November, 2021).

Mr. Dave Vegh, Vice President: Dave was appointed by the board in May, 2019, to fill a vacated position and was elected to complete the term in November, 2019. He is a sales director for Hyland Software, and he served as president and board member of Cleveland Kids in Need Resource Center from 2013 to 2017. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton, with a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in English. Dave and his wife, Kathleen, have three daughters in the school district. Current term expires December 31, 2021 (election for board seat November, 2021).

Mrs. Beth Lally: Beth was elected to serve a second term in November, 2019. She is an attorney who was a professional liability defense litigator in New York and an attorney editor in Ohio. She was a Math Focus Group member, a substitute aide and was active in the Bay Village PTA for many years. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from John Carroll University and a J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. She and her husband, Robert, have two children, both Bay High graduates. Current term expires December 31, 2023 (election for board seat November, 2023).

Dr. Scott Schulz: Scott was appointed by the board in November, 2020, to fill a vacated position. He is vice president for enrollment management at Baldwin Wallace University and has spent most of his professional career in post-secondary education. He has held positions at Pennsylvania State University, Saint Martin's University and the University of Southern California. Scott currently volunteers with American Corporate Partners, helping to mentor military veterans. Scott is a graduate of the University of Arizona, with a Ph.D. in Higher Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. He and his wife, Ruth, have two daughters in the district, one at Westerly Elementary School and one at Bay Middle School. Current term expires December 31, 2021 (election for board seat November, 2021).

Mr. Paul Vincent: Elected to his first term in November, 2019, Paul previously served as Bay Village City Ward 2 Councilman for two terms. He is an attorney and partner with his brother, Adam, at Vincent Esquire In Westlake. He holds a B.A. in History from Walsh University and a J.D. from the University of Akron Law School. He has served in the past as a member of the Board of Education's Citizens Advisory Committee. Paul and his wife, Kateri, have three young children, two attending Bay Village Schools. Current term expires December 31, 2023 (election for board seat November, 2023).
